The father of a 31-year-old trainee doctor who was raped and killed in the eastern Indian city of Kolkata last week said on August 16 that he is drawing strength from protesters seeking justice for his daughter, as a 24-hour medical strike got underway on August 17“My daughter is gone but millions of sons and daughters are now with me.
