As India and Azerbaijan appear to be seeking a reset in bilateral ties, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar held talks with President Ilham Aliyev in Baku today. Relations had nosedived last year over Azerbaijan's stance on India's Operation Sindoor against terrorists.
